Project context

The project transitioned Mallow Technologies from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 across all business units. Its scope covered more than 300 users and the collaboration data they used across email, calendars, contacts, and file storage.

My contribution

I planned and executed the organization-wide migration, covering the transition from Gmail to Exchange Online and from Google Drive to SharePoint and OneDrive, along with calendars and contacts.

Implementation

  • Email: Migrated Gmail email to Exchange Online.
  • Calendars and contacts: Included calendar and contact data in the organization-wide migration.
  • File storage: Transitioned Google Drive files to SharePoint and OneDrive.

Outcome

The migration covered 300+ users across all business units and was completed with zero data loss.
